The Hive is an Entertainment Consultancy and Artist Booking Management Company based in the UAE. It is the brainchild of Gonzalo Vergara, a Marketing, Entertainment and Event Management specialist with 20 years in the industry and 10 years in the GCC.
After leading teams at three of the most successful entertainment agencies in the Middle East, and after noticing there is a gap in the market for expert entertainment consultancy services that could offer ‘alternative’, more empathetic and dynamic consultancy style of service, Gonzalo realized it was the perfect time to take all the wealth of experience he has been accumulating over the years, together with his vast knowledge of the GCC events market and create The Hive.
The Hive is not an agency; it is more an ‘extension’ to marketing departments, events departments, event planners, wedding planners and event & activation agencies, working with them side by side to make sure the consultancy provided meets a 100% the requirements and expectations of the clients, not only from a financial side, but from a strategic and creative point of view as well.
Artistically The Hive represents only the most respected, professional and talented locally based performers. It also have a huge network of A-class performers located worldwide. Understanding that artists have worked incredibly hard to arrive to the position and respect they currently hold, The Hive works on a trust basis relationship with them (and with our clients) and therefore artists names are fully disclosed to our clients so they can also do their own research on the talent we are offering or that they are interested in.
